The whole hotel was nice and pleasant .. the cafe was absolutely adorable and the restaurant was nice. The lobby is lovely. The hotel rooms are simple but very nice.

Good room with a large windows and a really nice view. Cleaning and changing towels every day. Spacious and convenient bathroom. Not very far from the Seoul (1.5 h on a train to historical center). After 5 days I prolonged my stay there for the end of the trip. Very friendly and helpful staff on the reception (which is 24 h)!

Staff was friendly. Room was cleaned everyday and toiletries/water were provided. The hotel was basic but covered all your bases.

This hotel is located in Anyang city near Seoul's Gwacheon and relative big. The room was very clean and warm with aircondition and has a small balcony and many amenities.

I like that there are always staffs in front whenever you need something. They let me store my luggage for a while after check out. The room was clean and spacious.

nice hotel good location, not knowing Korean language and how to use local transportation, the staff were very helpful. Only thing negative I would say is the weather was nice so we made use of the balcony and it needed a spring cleaning. comfortable

The facilities are good and in excellent condition, and the staff are very friendly and I love the hotel. It's very comfortable too.
